Today I got the SDL Shader Language parser up and running! We have Abstract Syntax Trees now!

You can see the current discussion on what this language should look like at the GitHub page. This is still evolving, of course, but I dig where it's going.

But I think what's bothering me right now, though, is the name. Right now I'm calling it SDL Shader Language (SDLSL), and I sort of hate that. There HLSL, GLSL, MSL, and now SDLSL. It's so boring. I need some branding experts or something. 🤣

when SDL GPU is further along I want to livestream making a small game with it from scratch. I am really excited to follow it as it comes together.
