a heavenly body | a few thousand years old | they/them

Muco is a heavenly body, a being capable of granting any single wish for anyone. If made with ill will or on the expense of others, the blessing will come with a curse.
Hurt by their naivety in their past, Muco tries to put on a cold, abrasive front, but often fails completely. They're bright hearted, a little stupid and intensly curious. They have to constantly hold back their instinct to love everyone. Exessively emotional- they anger and go into fits of crying in the blink of an eye. At the end, Muco is a very hurt and lonely being, made awkward by a couple hundred years of isolation.

BACKGROUND

A few hundred years ago one of the great heavenly bodies fell to earth. They were found by humans and celebrated profusely. Named Muco by the people, the heavenly body was very naive and delighted. They granted wishes left and right, regardless of the persons intent: as long as your wish didn't sound outwardly cruel, you could get away with it.
Most notably, Muco granted wishes to three kings, who waged wars with the new powers granted to them. Before Muco would witness this however, a friend of theirs had grown fearful of them. This friend saw the unlimited blessings and curses Muco had unleashed on the kindoms, and thought them a demon sent to destroy humanity.
This friend finally made their wish to Muco, not telling them what it was beforehand: they wished Muco to be imprisoned and left alone to suffer. As this was a wish made with ill intent, the friend themself turned into their underground prison. The friends bones grew into tall pillars, flesh turned to stone halls and teeth stretched to become cell bars.
Muco lived in this labyrinthian underground prison for a little under two hundred years. They grew resentful, thinking over much of what they'd done. Though they didn't know the impact their blessings/curses had had, they started to recognize their foolishness & uncaringness in some places, and clear manipulation they had experienced in other situations.
Their imprisonment came to an end when one of this worlds adventurers, (CHARACTER TBA), fell right through the slowly crumbling roof.
Now Muco, along with this adventurer as their help, steps out into a trastically different world, with growing intent to figure out what has happened, and how they could, and if they should, fix it.
