- Doesn't take any shit from anyone, ever
- Competent in her field but has a well rounded life
- Good at adapting to any situation she faces
- Not defined by any one aspect of her life - she's a companion, a professional, a wife, a mother, a badass, and more
- Sarcasm that is both scathing and well aimed
- Values her independence and autonomy and will protect them fiercely but no so much so she'll let herself end up screwed for refusing help
- Will slap a motherfucker if they have it coming but won't throw hands needlessly
- Supportive of her queer daughter
- Draws her strength from who she is as a person, not stereotypical behaviors of any gender
- Comfortable in her body
Honestly like, I'd argue Donna Noble isn't just the perfect woman, she's a great role model regardless of gender while still being a flawed enough character to be interesting to watch have adventures with an immortal time wizard.
