i had to buy 4 books, that made them all 50% off
(verso is having a big summer sale; lasts 'til the 14th)
(i picked up the following, all of which I have never read but have been on my to-read list: The Transgender Issue by Shon Faye, Planet of Slums by Mike Davis, Decolonial Marxism by Walter Rodney, and Abolition Geography by Ruth Wilson Gilmore)
(i know there is a lot of bad nonfiction out there but that's why i never buy nonfiction without overwhelmingly rave reviews from authors i already know of and trust to rock my world. highly recommend bc like, where else am i learning anything about anything but really good nonfiction books? fiction is cool too though, i just don't read it v often)
