Hypotheses: eggs make me nauseated (maybe different preparations are better - scrambled seems fine immediately, hard boiled seems bad immediately), maybe ketchup? Maybe mayo? Maybe pepper?

Confirmed: plain pasta, olive oil, salt, all safe. Very ripe plums that I don't eat the skins of, no nausea.

Jury's still out: hamburger (one incident of vomiting but maybe i ate too much, also had a potato bun and pepper and ketchup and mayo), rice/salmon/avacado/seaweed (maybe just ate too much sushi?), frosted flakes and almond milk (for breakfast this morning, so far so good, historically breakfast has been fine until I eat lunch but I just ate lunch and still feel fine so maybe it really was just eggs for breakfast as a problem, or ketchup, or flour tortillas), cantaloupe/honeydew/watermelon (I think these were safe tbh but I'd like to try again in a more controlled way to confirm, but I finished the assorted precut tray a day or two ago so it'll have to wait)

Tonight's experiment: half a chicken breast with olive oil and salt only, hopes are high, had a more seasoned chicken breast a week ago and felt nauseous but didn't puke so I think it was just too much too fast, also had a tomato sauce with seasoning, maybe not good.

This is all tedious and depressing as fuck but if I can get a solid few days without feeling nauseous at all it will be such a fucking win. 🤞🤞 Everything I've tried has been on the "safe list" of a low residue diet but Crohn's disease does not give a fuck, turns out. I know this post is for me alone but this shit is just circling my head 24/7 I gotta dump it somewhere.
