Was recently talking to a few different friends about well-meaning but ineffectual and downright silly attempts at solidarity we saw during Summer 2020 and the winning story by far was the Shinya Kogami yume who shut down her popular and long-running x reader fic because Kogami is a police man. I hope she is doing okay

Short for yumejoshi, basically a woman who self-inserts with a fictional husbando to the point where it's borderline a spiritual relationship. I know, it's so damn funny but I do feel bad for the person lol
Oh, got it! Haven't heard that before, but am definitely aware of selfshippers. Yumejoshi sounds more romantic and serious, though.
