Her default outfit is already comically skimpy and impractical so it’s not like it feels particularly disrespectful to the character like for example Trisha’s outfit in the Summer Twilight DLC, and I’ve always felt like Miss Chain kinda gets away with that type of design just because it suits her personality and playstyle so well.
We’re not going to talk about the Momori outfit, I find Momori insanely annoying but it’s really the logical conclusion of that character and it’s what keeps a certain subset of customers supporting the game financially so I’m happy to let them have that
