I think if you made Koishi work retail that would straighten her right out. We’ll see how silly she wants to act after seven hours on the floor at TJ Maxx

That would make ANYONE straighten up. I'm curious what Koishi is like because of this, but you don't have to explain if you don't want to.
Koishi is a character who has deliberately shut off her conscious mind because she could not bear being able to read the minds of others (and being feared and shunned for her ability to do so). She operates entirely based on her subconscious which makes her actions frequently strange and nonsensical, and she cannot be remembered by people who perceive her.
Despite the cool backstory I actually find her kinda boring as her fanon interpretations are usually just her being lolrandom, her sister Satori is much more interesting to me! But she’s funny in small doses.
Oh she could be so much more interesting based on that! Quite literally feral, just working on her hindbrain... That's an interesting character there! Or maybe "subconscious" is higher than "hindbrain" so it would mean she isn't going to have as many embarrassing and unfortunate things happen... which would be better honestly
Koishi, hour 7 of working retail: "What's a dollar?"
You: "Huh?"
Koishi, with a smile: "Huh?"
You: "What do-"
Fast camera cut to where Koishi was standing - she's not here anymore
You: "HUH???"
