Everyone can agree on loving 2000s weeb nostalgia but it’s time we showed some appreciation for the pirates/ninjas/zombies/G4 TV American fedora nerd culture which was pure, innocent, delightful and epic. This specific breed of nerd literally went extinct due to a combination of cringe culture shame, identity dilution by the mainstreaming of geek content, and forcible mutation by various political ideologies and I miss their childlike enthusiasm deeply
