geese form strong familial bonds and are willing to defend their children, their parents, and come to it all other geese with incredible bravery. there's no disputing that they're full of shit, that's true of birds in general and is truer the bigger they get. but if you lived in a world where creatures ten times your size could kill anyone you cared about seemingly with a thought or by carefree accident, would you be willing to get up every day and choose violence against them
