I personally have started writing in LibreOffice, and I'll be using my google drive solely as cloud backup and storage. The new story will be the first one written 100% in Libre.

Yeah, but if we don’t want to post on google docs, we’d need to organize hosting, or maybe, like, a wiki or something.

Takeout is older than GDPR, 2011 vs 2018. May even have helped inspire it tbh, by proving such a service was possible. Dates back to the actual "don't be evil" era I guess haha. But regardless good tip :)

I'll happily use LibreOffice but I'll be caught dead before I use OneDrive ever again. I have an 8TB Brick and that's better than Dropbox or OneDrive.
