Love the vibe, the ringing phone sounding noises are so rad
Makes me want to go on a late night drive getting up to mischief
hehe thanks!!!!!
one of them is a dub siren and the other one is just an actual ringing princess phone
I didn't think I could associate "bakery" with "nighttime vibes music", and linking the two with "pizza bakery" is really clever.
I really like the shimmering chord pads and the varying reverb depth on the phone sound.
my feedback is to keep making awesome music bc this slaps :3
but more seriously: rly cool atmosphere, and i love the sax part! it's not something i'd expect in this style but it works so well and gives the piece a rly unique flavour, and the piece develops rly nicely throughout too
only things which stuck out to me as things i might change: the drums coming in at 0:42 caught me off guard a bit, mayyybe you could have something like a small riser just before or some filtered percussion or something just to indicate more clearly that something big is coming? when i actively try to follow the sax part it works well, but i was definitely surprised when i first listened so not sure. and also i think the phone sounds at 1:28 might be a bit too loud, and maybe the other ones a bit too, but like if you wanna have them right at the front of the mix and it's intentional then that's a valid creative decision too :3
yayyy thank you so much! some of this wouldve taken me ages to spot :3
now i rlly rework it with that in mind!
love the sound of this. feels very tech-noir to me, like a detective's grabbing a slice while tracking down that hot floppy disk.
agreed the phone sounds are an especially delightful texture. once the drums dropped in i was sold for the whole track, it's a great vibe to lose oneself in. i probably made 10 pizzas and didn't even realize.
