It's the same law that means shampoo and conditioner labels list, in order of size and prominence:

1. the brand name
2. some emotive slogan
3. "with __" some kind of berry or fruit or extract!!! but for no stated reason
4. "for __" but it's not really clear whether that's an indication of applicability or promise of mystical results
5. whether it's shampoo or conditioner in otherwise indistinguishable packaging

This is why before we do laundry we have to spend 10 minutes staring at the damn bottles
