Is it my imagination or does my skin cut more easily after HRT?

There have been a few times recently where my own fingernail cut my skin and I'm pretty sure this never happened before

Like, I know HRT is supposed to make my skin softer, but I didn't think it meant literally softer

it's not your imagination. the way it makes your skin softer is by losing the extra layers testosterone builds; those extra layers are tougher. so on estrogen, your skin gets softer, thinner, easier to cut, easier to bruise
