you know what, I don't want a mech game, I want a mech sim.
Something where you have to worry about traction and your centre of gravity and that kind of thing.
Battletech kinda has that in the war game where doing fast turns, walking through rubble, into water, getting punched, etc means the unit has to make a piloting roll to not fall over depending on the pilot's skill and there's just nothing like that in the mechwarrior games, it's just an FPS with slow movement and very long TTK
give me a mech game where I can either be dying because I tripped over a wall or be wrecking people with a well timed lunge to knock them over
