All drider are taur but not all spidertaur are drider. If it's not from the Underdark region it's just sparkling wataur.

My immediate thought was 'wouldn't they be octaurs from having eight legs' only to get completely derailed writing down furiously my next character will be a Drider Doctor.
You can use the webbing as free gauze on the go. It's genius.
