none of the open world legend of zelda games are canon, Link isn't left handed in them
It's right and it should say it.

I'm Frankie, I play TTRPGs too much. I will be reblogging and/or posting a lot of furry arte and some of that's going to be kink stuff so heads up
AKA Nerts but that's going back a while

hang on did they mirror link too when porting it to the wii or is this part of the joke? I've never heard of any game doing this before, twilight princess is so weird in doing that to try and freshen things up. we only played the game in mirror mode and never the original one.
They mirrored almost the entire game, even the cutscenes, only some of the character models aren't flipped
that's incredible, I thought it was only the game world that got mirrored, but that makes a ton of sense. what were nintendo even thinking. I love the idea for how novel it is.
My understanding is that it wasn’t to “freshen things up”, it was so that the character animation matched the motion controls on the Wii, letting right-handed players swing the sword with their right hand. (And just mirroring Link didn’t work because of the knock-on effects with every other animation and set design in the game)
Dude damn near lost use of his right hand and STILL refused to become a leftie.
my gc twilight princess disc is one of my most prized gaming possessions, I lost my gamecube power supply somewhere along the way but you will pry the correct version of this game from the cold, dead fingers of my left hand
