Snao regularly uses censor bars/filters on their off-site work it seems; can't speak for the wrist-band one, but given the odd placements of the tail censors, I could imagine them being mistakenly placed, or as some kind of version watermark, that This Version Was Uploaded By Snao To Off-Site Locations, where as if the uncensored version pops up off-site, it wasn't Snao, etc.
Partial confirmation that patreon-specific postings don't feature censor bars at all, but not confirmed for this specific image. Might very well be a kind of identifying watermark, yeah.
Oh okay, for a bit I was really confused if like the file export some how corrupted oddly in those spots or some other weird reason, I can rest now
