it's uhhhhh hunk salmon. IDK what other people call it but it's the same kind of stuff I got the one time somebody gave me home smoked salmon. Good shit
im reading about it and as it turns out PNW smoke salmon is just done different, in a less deli-forward way.
I'd like to try some the next time im out there
we have both types, i can go into any store and pick up the lox type, we just also have the chunk stuff. it has other functions
