my nest hub does this, not exactly as you describe but very similarly. you can preset certain hours to be quiet and have a dark screen. typically people choose late night thru early morning.
while by no means “smart,” my car’s radio lets me set a maximum volume on start-up, so if I had something cranked up when I parked it, I don’t have to worry about it deafening me the next morning. it’s nice!
