I couldn't find a template for an opt-out notice, but for once I had some bandwidth, so I skimmed a couple lawyers' websites and here's what I came up with. this is not legal advice, I'm just trying to help anybody who's feeling stuck on where to start (which would be me 95% of the time). if anybody has a bona fide template, please correct me!!

Subject line: Discord Arbitration Opt-out
To whom it may concern:
I am a Discord user, and I am opting out of Discord's Arbitration Clause in its Terms of Service. My name is [legal name], and my Discord account is associated with the email address [email].
This email is my written notice, as described under the section "Settling disputes between you and Discord", subheading "Opt-out".
I am requesting your reply, to this email address, with a written confirmation that my opt-out has been recorded.
