Thinking a fair bit about how I made a combat-focused tabletop game where gear options include machine guns, man-portable 20mm cannons, IFVs, and jet fighters as relatively affordable options even at character creation, and yet I think the most dangerous things any of my playertesters have is an automatic shotgun or a marksman rifle

Fucked up to make a game with systems that can actually incentivize players away from chasing the most powerful gear on offer all the time
