This is pure AI boosterism. Whoever wrote this has fully drunk the kool-aid, whether they know it or not.
The idea that AI levels the playing field across classes or abilities is tied to the idea that artists are gate-keeping elitists, which is core to the capitalist manbaby AI booster mentality of "I want to make cool art but without any effort". They believe that making money off your art is an inalienable right due to everyone regardless of the amount of effort put into that art. They believe that they deserve to have the same cultural cachet as people that they think are lesser than them (because they didn't get a STEM degree). They are unable to see beyond the surface level of any piece of art, to see the cultural and personal context which shaped its creation.
Whoever wrote this is either filled with brain worms, or a total pushover.
