me 10 seconds ago: maybe i should stop watching vtubers. its impossible to keep up with the infinite flow of content, and hololive is so focused on idol content the girls can barely play games anymore. this isnt the kind of stuff--

Once upon a time, I tried to keep up with A) every official Hololive music video release (originals and covers), and B) every officially subtitled video (Hologra, the little quizzes and games on the official channel, etc.).
I fell off that train back around March 2022 . . . but I've kept watching clips, the occasional song, the very occasional entire stream . . . and it's been nice. Sometimes I think about trying to go back and Catch Up, but it's daunting. I watched like 10 Hologra episodes a month or two ago, and it was fun, but it also made me not want to watch any more for another month. Or year.

Haha, I commend you, I was never that diligent. I've always only watched VODs of specifics games here and there from my fav girls, and watched live special streams like Holomyth VRchat stuff. But even this casually stuff still piles up... And I feel sad that I can't watch more of the new streamers I really dig but haven't gotten to know well
I know it's their livelyhood but I do think everyone across the board would benefit if there was a bit less content hehe (still, excited for holoEN gen 3 😝)
