Recently bought a new used good chair (Steelcase Leap) for dirty cheap, and I love it, it has so many adjustments!!... but as expected I'm starting to get back pain because I don't know how to sit + don't know how to adjust it lol

It came without lumbar support, I think I could install it myself if I got the piece, wonder if that's important or if I should just figure out how to sit correctly.

Yeah there's a real learning curve to these super adjustable chairs. I have a Herman Miller Embody and it was terrible until I tweaked it so that it wasn't. If anyone tries to touch any of the knobs on this thing I will kill them because you give any of them like one good crank and it's a torture device again.

I imagined so 😭 I do think I adjusted mine how I like, but I don't know if the lack of lumbar support is the problem or if I should adjust further. (or if the pain is from sitting like a goblin in the sofa lol)
I've heard good things about the Embody, seems like a cool chair!
