I'm going to do cons this year!!
I have a long story of wanting-to-do-cons-and-not-being-able-to so I've been wondering whether I should just give up, but this year I decided to take the plunge 💦
I'm going to be at Toronto Game Expo! A lot of my stuff is video game related so it seems like a good fit. I also applied to a small zine fair, I'm hoping I get accepted because I really want to give my original stuff a second chance. -
I'm doing art zines again this year!!
I'm part of the Get to work! Splatoon zine! It's a Salmon Run play guide zine. I love the concept, so I really wanted to be part of it! It's similar in nature to what I did with Splatips, and I miss that project a lot. I really wish I could revive it in a smarter form one day (but I dont know how to play Splatoon 3 so RIP 😔)
All that means I'm rushing to make new merch AND have art deadlines again, on top of having to prepare stuff for Panko's birthday in April, so I'm going a little crazy 🤪 But I did miss making art so it's worth it! I've been trying to pace myself so I don't burn out too
