OOOH thank you for posting this. the only times i've ever done anything with chicken hearts is chucking them in stock with the rest of a carcass+giblets, but i've enjoyed them in restaurants & would love to try cooking them in their own right. will be giving this a go!

I love chicken hearts!! I go grouse hunting sometimes and there's nothing better than frying up a big mess of hearts and gizzards afterwards!! Love the texture
