Of all the puffy and "airy" foods out there (cotton candy, marshmallows, etc.), which would you say are your most favorite?

marshmallows definitely a top favorite! i loooove a good brioche bread too!
I'd probably count ice cream as one of them, too. Apparently a huge percentage of that stuff is air.
I guess my pick might be waffles or pancakes topped with whipped cream? I'd like to try those really thick pancakes from Japan someday.
Brioche bread is a good choice though! Gotta love fluffy bread.
