theyre drawn exclusively with a kind of pointy beak that doesn't open. their 3d model doesn't seem to have a jaw and doesn't have a modelled inside of a mouth or anything (i couldn't find a model rip from the most recent games).
i don't know if they're ever depicted eating? do you think they have a kind of tongue that comes out of the tip?

It clearly eats food in X and Y's Pokémon Amie;1 but you're right that a mouth isn't modelled. I think they should have a long tongue, that would be good.

Which does have a blacklist of mouthless pokémon that cannot eat food; it's like 50% coccoons.
Does Umbreon have ears? There's no ear holes and they're football shaped. I think those are actually just antennae.
i wonder if their mouth situation is like a fly's (just kinda spongy digestive tissue)
