I think I managed to fix a bunch of bugs with it, but the important change is that Any # has been changed to On Any; the cards of the suit with that rule active can be placed onto any other card but don't otherwise behave like any number. Hopefully this'll make the game a bit more balanced but without making winning way too unlikely.

I got distracted in the middle of working on physics for the player, and accidentally made it so the player collided with the missiles they fire.
And based on how the player is constantly "moving and sliding" to their current position, it meant that they always scooted out of the way of their own shots wiggling around as they fired.
