If you had a Raunchy Sex Comedy that was released on DVD they would add the "UNRATED" qualifier but in reality it was the commentary tracks that weren't rated by the national film board and the movie was largely unaltered

Suddenly remembering watching the unrated version of... I think it was Sex Drive? in undergrad, which started with a director commentary bit that was like "most 'unrated' teen comedies just include deleted scenes and aren't actually that exciting. We wanted to do something different, so for this unrated edition, we digitally edited fully nude actors into random scenes."

In a scene where some guy is getting chased by a truck through a cornfield, they edited footage of a naked actor jogging in place over it. So every time the guy looked over his shoulder it would cut to bouncing penis.
