i am currently working on migrating my website to eleventy, and i wanted to export it to test and see how the front page looks so i can see if it worked and what to change.

Looks like a version error, "eleventy version does not 2.0.1 does not meet required version range". Have you tried using the npm install?
It looks like the RSS plugin isn't compatible with earlier versions only Eleventy? In which case, I'd probably look into installing an older version of the RSS plugin
Yeah, looking at the docs, you should uninstall v2 and install v1 of the RSS plugin: https://www.11ty.dev/docs/plugins/rss/#installation
I can't remember how to do earlier versions off the top of my head... Maybe:
npm install @11ty/eleventy-plugin-rss@1?
i typed it and it did work, but it only generates a blank index.html file + in a rss folder.
Hmm... Have you added it to your .eleventy.js: https://v2-0-1.11ty.dev/docs/plugins/rss/#installation ?
And set up a template: https://v2-0-1.11ty.dev/docs/plugins/rss/#sample-feed-templates ?
(I just realized I was looking at the new docs, these links specifically have instructions for the older version.)
