I know that the Courier isn't necessarily an amnesiac from bein' shot in the head, but you can roleplay that, and I think that Amnesiac Wild Card Courier is a really interesting character idea because the big theme of this game is letting go of the past and not just blindly acting in devotion of it, each faction is trying to do so in their own way, almost every major villain and character in the DLCs can't let go of the past that holds them back in some way, and only the Courier who literally forgot their past can make a new path free from those tethers. they were forced to let go and begin again. who are they, that do not know their history? whoever they want to be. a wild card. do i make any sense right now.
