  1. a platform that lets Dwarf Fortress players upload their map to a public database

  2. a mod that spawn those same fortresses in Caves of Qud, allowing you to explore the ruins of a another player's civilisation, 100.000 years later

In the main hall, you find a statue of a tiny, hairy, humanoïd creature named Moldath Etägarel. Moldath is holding Dastotanan, a legendary sword artefact.

In the library, you find a book about smithing techniques, written by the same Moldath Etägarel.

It's highly likely that Moldath Etägarel lived in this fortress, so perhaps Dastotanan is still here too.

You go deeper into the ruins. You pass through a corridor, carefully avoiding the unusually high amount of cage traps.

The passage to the next floor is blocked by a constructed wall. You use your Burrowing Claws mutation and easily dig through it. That floor is not even close to surface invaders, so why is this part of the fortress so heavily guarded?

You descend deeper into the ruin and discover the answer to the previous riddle.

Ngalàk Reksas, legendary forgotten beast

A towering one-eyed monkey. It has thin wings of stretched skin. Its fern green hair is patchy. Beware its poison gas!

Equipped: crab claws, Dastotanan
