Oh, those hashtags are there because the first time I posted this image I got sword pedants trying to correct me that "it's not a longsword it's actually this kind of sword" and I went: yo this is a drawing of a fake (impractical) sword, why are you like this?
oh god that sounds completely insufferable.
i had the same thing happen with a nonsense rapier and i had to just say "yes, i know it doesn't make sense. this is a fake weapon that isn't real."

looking at this makes me wonder why oversized prop weapons aren't being used as part of high-concept pop music concerts.
oooooh this design is so cool!!! I love the sun motive in the character's clothes + the galaxy-like underside of the coat, love that day-night imagery!! and that sword is so good!
