Sorry for taking so long to answer this!
I genuinely don't know, is the thing. Back in... 2013-2016? I saw one blogger on Tumblr talking about using CMWGE to model Homestuck characters and their arcs, saying they genuinely believed it was the best system to model Sburb's intented classpect arcs, the character's actual arcs, and the webcomic's metanarrative horseshit1, but I don't remember much more beyond that. I don't even remember the blogger's username - just a very vague recollection of the appearance of their blog theme at the time.
I thiiink this same blogger may have also attempted to model Flowey from Undertale as a CMWGE character sheet/arc set? Like, very shortly after Undertale came out. They also did a lot of PMMM posting, though I don't remember if they tried doing CMWGE hacks for that.
Tagging this so that maybe someone else can chime up with anything they know.

Despite everything, I still say this with at least some affection.
That's by OJ, aka hollyhockash on Tumblr. The canonical site is down for reasons, but you can find the 400ish-page PDF on various PDF sites by googling "A user's guide to the apocalypse" pdf or whatever, and the high-level description is still available at https://www.tumblr.com/jennamoran/142394737638/a-users-guide-to-the-apocalypse-homestuck-au. It's definitely itself exactly!
a fun historical note is that OJ compiling the user's guide to the apocalypse chuubo's supplement led to her getting into a Nobilis game I was putting together at the time, which in turn led directly to the formation of the Jenna Moran Fanclub Chat. This is, to the best of my knowledge, the current oldest active fan community around the works of Jenna Moran.
Sometimes you kickstart a nine year old (as of writing) online community by making a homestuck fan supplement and asking someone on tumblr if you can join their tabletop game
