have the sound baffles on the door helped for you? I'd kind of considered getting some before
i have them in a few places + a large wall tapestry and one rug (planning to get a second rug to cover more floor) i def don't notice any bounce when i record! idk if helps much protecting my neighbors from my noise but I've at least never gotten complaints lol
