Dada (named for the beloved Ultraman alien who debuted in 1967) officially got the stamp of approval on his kitten health check at the vet today, so he will be coming to live with us next month.
We wanted to wait until we knew he was healthy to post about him, and here we are.
We miss Guts an unbearable amount, and and Grendel misses him too. And that is part of why we're bringing Dada home next month. Grendel is maybe the best Grandpa cat there has ever been, and he deserves to have the chance to raise another perfect little man.
Dada was born the day before Guts passed away, and when I found that out, it felt weirdly cosmically comforting, that they'd shared the planet for a day. Idk, I'm a sad sap.
