I had a dream that Grendel and I were in a place that I can only describe a swindler's swamp because we were surrounded by some real comic book/manga-esque Freaks (like a big metallic blue guy with a big Hawk that was also bright metallic blue that was perched on his shoulder. And would occasionally fly around.) And we got separated from the parade of freaks so I was following Grendel through this place until we got to a spot that looked like it would be a nice place for him to take a nap. But then the second he started to lay down, the ground opened up under him and he fell into some water so I had to jump in and pull him out.
And he was very angry about having been swindled by the swamp
