Yotohime, daughter of the neighboring kingdom's emperor. She stole a very cruel and evil sword, that transforms any prospective wielders into the form of a beast until both sword and wielder alike taste human blood. Yotohime enthusiastically agreed to these terms.

Colt, son of a great and powerful court wizard, who has taken a draconic form. Supposedly, Dell met him during a mission to rescue him from a dragon-guarded castle. It quickly became awkward when, several minutes later, it became obvious Colt had switched bodies with the dragon in question.
Shima, elven rogue. She's a librarian by occupation, but she lost the job of her nation's grand archivist to a rival. So she swore to make a better, cooler library elsewhere, and will steal all the world's knowledge to achieve her goal. She'll also steal anything else that's not nailed down. Her camo-skin is typical of elves.
