She often chirps when someone goes into the kitchen because she can't see them and wants to check where they are
This time beth didn't respond so we think Tim Tam flew over to go check on her
she's such a sweet lil guy 🥰
the other day we had a visitor who was new to tim tam and tim tam got scared, making it very clear that she does in fact recognize and remember individual humans. she's never scared of us or my gf who visits often.
also her behavior sure seems like she cares about where we are and considers us friends of a sort, cuz she does "contact calls" when we leave her sight, which are the budgie equivalent of going "hey! hey where did you go? are you there? hello?"
