no idea what the fuck i'm doing. is this punk? help!

i would love to distribute this shit album/ep/whatever on tape because i think it would be funny. but also idk how/where to sell it lol

every so often while playing nontraditional games i have thoughts about stuff. i'm not sure how to put it. i think it sucks ass that mainstream video games have become kind of a cash grab. games are a form of art and yet gamers are unwilling to accept art that isn't "normal"

I recently purchased this tape from a second hand shop. It likely contains game data but I've got no idea how to load it up...

Here's what has been found out:

• It's a tape with game data. Likely custom levels for Hungry Horace (a pacman clone) on the C64
• It might also contain other stuff ?
• I have no idea how to get the data to run...

If anyone here can figure out how to get the game files to work, let me know! I would love to find out what's on here!
