my favorite characters love to wear a shitty brown little tattered ripped up cloak to signify independence and also that its the apocalypse sometimes. and you know , it never looks good. i think at least choose a cooler color than dust dirt brown. like maybe toxins green. get a glowing sludge of a tattered cloak if at all. then again, that might be easier to see in the nighttime if youre an enemy of the state. well then pick black, objectively nicer to see
