I love CVS b/c when I switch insurance and then it turns out that once again whatever fucking brand of insulin I had is no longer covered CVS is always like "we can send a fax to you Dr.'s office to rewrite the prescription!" and I'm like "yes please" and then they just... don't and I have to call my Dr anyway.

My Drs office DID send them a rewritten prescription, for the correct brand, which CVS switched to a generic brand and then complained that the brand THEY SWITCHED IT TO was not covered.
God fuck you CVS you fucking incompetent shit piles
called them up again and they were like "oh the hard copy didn't specify the brand :) so we just picked the generic (which isn't covered)" ????????
