Damn. Nothing like a week of break at work to let me absolutely tear through Foxblade tasks. This week I:
- Added trigger battle command to event scripts
- Implemented map reverb parameter
- Implemented weather effects & BGS playback for maps
- Added point glow entity to maps
- Implemented game save system
- Added EXP, Lune, & item drops to enemies
- Implemented retry & continue on game over (all battle encounters can simply be retried, or alternatively player can resume from last continue point - usually last area player loaded into)
- Fixed a bunch of bugs
- Wrote a bunch of documentation for collaborators
If I could do this full time I would probably be making crazy headway on this game tbh.
