Oh cool, just discovered a big ass leak in the ceiling right over my workstation chair. Sure am glad to be paying $2K+ a month for this place and rising!
update: the leak has opened up at some point in the night and is now just a big ass hole in the ceiling. hooray!

good luck, I had one of those for 9 months once. Still hasn't been plastered over properly 4 years later, they keep saying they'll get someone to do it. but joke's on them, water's included and they can't get their shit together enough to fix no less than 3 fixtures in my apartment that continually waste water.
(I think they don't want to admit that they lost the maintenance copy of the key to my house. I know they did because they left it on my kitchen counter and I saw no reason to return it to them. that was over a year ago. this is grossly irresponsible, what if they hadn't left it in my apartment and some rando just had a copy of the key to my apartment this whole time rofl)
They came and looked at it in person and then told me they'd get someone to survey the roof and then patch it up afterwards. As far as I am aware nobody has surveyed the roof yet 🙃
