Hey there, friends!! Our birthday is this month (March 9), as well as Trans Day of Visibility on March 31. To celebrate, we're also hosting a BIG fundraiser for all of March! We are trying to save up for upcoming life expenses (ex. medical care, gender-affirming documentation, etc.; see below the cut for more info), and we will additionally donate 10% of proceeds to Trans Lifeline (with weekly updates on how much we've donated).

For details on what other funds will be used for:
- We're on an insurance plan with poor coverage, and do not have the means to switch at the moment. This means that we often have to pay for much of our basic healthcare completely out of pocket. We have tried several times over the past 3 years to submit superbills and get our insurance to help us pay for mental healthcare, but we are frequently blown off with extremely late responses from our insurance company - if they even acknowledge our superbills at all. We desperately need help with being able to afford therapy and healthcare on a monthly basis, especially due to multiple medical conditions we'd rather not publicly disclose.
- We are planning to get our driver's license and lessons very soon (both of which can be costly where we live), especially as we live in an area with no accessible public transportation.
- We're also trying to get gender-affirming documentation - currently, where we live, applying for a passport is the only federal documentation we can get with an X gender marker, and prices for new passports can easily go over $200 USD.
