god seeing every trans-positive space (online and offline) that i used to consider safe become gradually more and more toxic to transfem people over the past year and a half or so has been genuinely heart shattering. it's been affecting me for a while but it didn't fully hit me until the other day when one of the last places i expected it to show up started complaining about TMA/TME terminology. i'm glad all of my close actual friends are actually safe for me and willing to confront transmisogynistic ideology now but seriously. when are we going to be allowed to say that we're oppressed on the intersectional axis? when are we going to be listened to? when is anything going to change?
