My thoughts:

A long time grail I found for a great price. How iconic that Kei, the artist behind 2009 Hatsune Miku would come on to also be the key artist for Sega Hard Girls? Even further, since Miku is owned by Sega (and Crypton), the resemblence between Sega Saturn Girl and Miku is striking. Kei's art style wonderfully shows through in the figure sculpt. I find myself flip flopping between Miku and Saturn in my mind! The transparent skirt, sleeves, and vest cape reflect light very beautifully. The beautiful classic colors of the Saturn shine through in the bright blues and pinks, and her collar resembling the controller. Her canes resemble the logo in the menu, and are a cute prop overall! My only gripe is the cane in front of her that she is holding out. It tends to fall off easily as the slightest touch, and the peg on the cane does not properly seat into her hand. When I am able to unpack my hobby desk, I will work on probably trying to repin the cane to be... more permanent. I do not see myself selling her any time soon.

I hope to collect the other Sega Hard Girls in the future! For now, Saturn is a great start. Some wonderful classics on the Sega Saturn-- My personal favorites are NiGHTS: Into Dreams & Panzer Dragoon; Do you have a favorite Sega Saturn game? Any memories of the console or gaming? Let me know!
