everyone's always trying to compress video into the least bytes while maintaining the highest quality.
well here's an idea. why don't we just have a file format that is 0 bytes long and whenever you open it it just tells your computer to play one of several hardcoded videos of a silly doggy. tell me a downside right now i bet you can't do it
